Solace Opens 'Venice Beach' Inspired Gym!

Solace has been open for a while holding a variety of classes in our large fitness hall but we are very excited to announce that our brand new gym area is now open as well. With state of the art machines, a large free weights area with squat racks and benches and a cardio zone comprising of a running machine, aero bike and water filled rowing machines, we've got you covered for a full body workout.

We like to do things a little differently at Solace, and so followed our 80s theme by recreating the iconic Venice Beach.....complete with seagulls! We never take ourselves too seriously here and that creates a lovely relaxed environment for our members to work out in.

Another way we are improving the customer experience here is by making slots at our gym bookable. This way members are guaranteed a good work out (no-one likes making the effort to get out for a session and finding all the machines are taken!) and it's a calmer environment for our many members who find busy, loud gyms overwhelming. Solace Halloween Party

(All little monsters need to be accompanied by their MUMMIES (not sorry! 😆) Dads or guardians, who don’t need a ticket but will need to stay for the duration of the party. Refreshments will be available to purchase.)

Solace Gym partners with Picknix Cheltenham!

We're really excited to announce that we have partnered with specialist healthy, fast food local company Picknix, whose delicious, wholesome and above all, ready made meals will now be available to collect from Solace Gym, Leckhampton as well as direct from their kitchen at the Cheltenham FC training ground. Best of all, mention that you heard about them via Solace Gym and get a week's meals absolutely free when you sign up for your first month.

Head chef Nick and his wife Rosie plan their menu carefully with advice from qualified sports nutritionists to ensure that they are balanced and provide exactly what you need for a healthy diet. Currently the official caterers for the Cheltenham Town football team, they have worked hard to create a meal plan that is nutritionally sound, packed full of energy and above all, delicious. They source fresh, locally grown ingredients and there are no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours in their meals.

Collection is available twice weekly to ensure the freshest meals. They have 3 or 5 day plans available. Starting from £35 per week with vegan and gluten free meals available. There is no subscription and no contract and best of all, no stressing about what to cook for dinner! Simply log onto their website to sign up and choose your meals. Start with a base, choose a protein and two salad options and then finish with one of their secret recipe sauces.

Meals are packed beautifully in recyclable, sustainable packaging that will keep them safe and fresh until you get to enjoy them! Having been taste tested by the staff at Solace, we can safely say that we can personally recommend them and the portion sizes are excellent. We absolutely love their ethos, supporting local, ethical packaging and above all, delicious fresh meals that will nourish your body and soul!
